Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Dallas, TX to lead the Field Management team and drive operational efficiency across Sales, Maintenance, and Installation. You will set priorities, deadlines, and ensure the success of team members through coaching and accountability.

The role requires 6+ years in HVAC, supervisory experience, and strong customer service and communication skills. A valid driver's license is required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6+ years in HVAC including sales, installation and service.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads Field Management by defining objectives, priorities and deadlines.
• Coordinates service departments to drive operational efficiency.
• Supports sales goals and budget profitability planning.
• Trains and monitors Customer Service Specialists on service levels.
• Manages dispatchers and technician scheduling to maximize capacity.
• Ensures Health, Safety and Environmental processes are followed.
• Analyzes customer feedback and follows up as needed.
• Assists General Manager with sales goal tracking and performance reviews.
