Job summary

Service Experts in Richardson, TX seeks a Senior Field Supervisor to oversee technicians installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC systems. You will lead crews, coordinate staffing, ensure safety, and drive quality on retrofit and large-scale projects.

You will mentor technicians, review project performance, and partner with the Branch Manager to meet customer needs while upholding company standards and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 4+ years in HVAC.
• EPA Certification required and safety certifications.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to train others in technical skills and customer service.
• Must possess valid licensing/certifications as required by laws for the work area.

Responsibilities

• Supervises technicians and helpers installing, maintaining, and servicing commercial HVAC equipment.
• Oversees daily work, staffing, and safety practices to meet customer needs.
• Leads installations, retrofits, and large-scale projects; conducts site visits.
• Trains employees on technical skills, processes, and safety rules.
• Acts as a field operations resource to sales and branch management; performs related duties.
