Job summary

Axis Portable Air seeks a Branch Coordinator to lead daily dispatch, support sales teams, and ensure timely load, delivery, and installation of portable HVAC equipment. The role combines field leadership with office-based coordination, including 24/7 availability during peak periods.

You will manage contracts, coordinate with AR/finance, and drive safety protocols while growing into regional and branch leadership responsibilities across the US.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in operations, dispatch, or leadership in HVAC/mechanical/service industries
• Experience with dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet demand
• Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical equipment is a plus
• Strong communication, problem-solving and customer relationship skills
• Highly detail-oriented, excellent multi-tasking
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and operational software
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 5-year history

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Activity: create quotes and proposals; communicate ETAs; coordinate meetings between sales and operations.
• Manage Daily Dispatch: schedule and dispatch routes; optimize productivity and resources.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety protocols and lead weekly safety training.
• Contract Management: work with AR/finance systems to ensure contract accuracy.
• Load, Deliver & Install Equipment: service sites, including long drives or overnight stays.
