Job summary

Axis Portable Air seeks a Branch Coordinator to support regional sales and operate at the branch level, coordinating dispatch, scheduling, and field logistics. You will help ensure customer needs are met and schedules stay on track, including field deployments during peak periods.

You’ll drive efficiency, manage contracts with accounting support, and maintain safety standards while coordinating with a growing team across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in operations, dispatch, or leadership in HVAC/mechanical/service industries.
• Dispatch, scheduling, and resource allocation experience.
• Familiarity with HVAC or mechanical equipment is a plus.
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and multi-tasking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Activity: Create quotes and proposals, communicate ETAs, organize meetings between sales and operations.
• Manage Daily Dispatch: schedule and dispatch routes, maximize productivity and resource use.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce safety protocols and lead weekly safety training.
• Contract Management: manage customer contracts with AR/finance teams.
• Load, Deliver & Install Equipment: travel to customer sites, potential long drives or overnight stays.
