Job summary

Blue Ridge Heating & Air is seeking an organized HVAC Office Manager / Dispatcher to join our Asheville/Brevard area team. This role ensures efficient field operations, manages technician routing, office logistics, shipments, and warranty claims, using ServiceTitan to keep data and tasks aligned.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and experienced with ServiceTitan, with 1–2 years in dispatching or admin scheduling, and a strong ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching, fleet coordination, or admin scheduling.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical or home services familiarity preferred.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate technicians’ daily service schedules and route optimization using ServiceTitan.
• Dispatch technicians based on location, availability, skill set, and job priority.
• Receive, inspect, log, and organize incoming parts, materials, and equipment shipments.
• Process, track, and manage manufacturer warranty claims and equipment registrations.
• Pull required job permits and assist with general administrative workflow.
• Communicate schedule updates, changes, and delays directly with service technicians.
• Maintain accurate job data, technician statuses, and tracking records in ServiceTitan.
• Oversee general office coordination, supply inventory, and administrative support tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support field operations.
