Job summary

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work in Florida. All phases welcome to apply. Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered.

Responsibilities include installing HVAC systems in new homes, following blueprints, maintaining safety, and keeping work areas organized. Candidates must have 1–3 years of relevant experience and pass background screenings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience.
• Must have own tools and valid Florida driver's license.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated; able to work independently.
• Pass drug and background screenings.

Specific Qualifications

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience
• Must have own tools
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Valid Florida driver’s license with clean driving record
• Able to pass drug and background screenings

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
