Job summary

IES Residential is seeking AC Installers for residential new construction in the Gainesville/Alachua area. Install HVAC systems in new homes, follow blueprints, and maintain safety standards.

This role requires 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience, own tools, a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record, and a reliable, self-motivated attitude. Visa sponsorship is not available. This is a full-time, on-site position with Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning.

• Able to work independently.

AC Installers - New Construction - Gainesville and Alachua area

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered.
• Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
• Follow blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of new construction HVAC experience

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
