Job summary

IES Residential, Inc. is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction in Gainesville and Alachua area. You will install HVAC systems in new homes, follow blueprints, and ensure quality and safety standards. Must have own tools and a valid Florida driver’s license; ability to pass screenings.

Eligible candidates should have 1–3 years of new construction HVAC experience, be reliable and self-motivated, and able to work independently in active construction environments.

AC Installers – New Construction - Gainesville and Alachua area

Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, a division of IES, is seeking experienced AC Installers for residential new construction work. All phases welcome to apply.

Only candidates with new construction experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential new construction homes
• Follow blueprints and job specifications
• Maintain quality and safety standards
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform other duties as assigned

Specific Qualifications

Qualifications

• Must have own tools

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Frequent bending, climbing, kneeling, and standing
• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and outdoor conditions
• Comfortable working in active construction environments
