CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems across multiple Raleigh facilities. You will support preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs in a fast-paced engineering environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with opportunities to lead by example and share technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4–5 years related experience.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs and other physical requirements.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC equipment in compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and perform repairs on HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing as needed.
• Complete maintenance and repair records and perform emergency maintenance when required.
• Operate company vehicles as part of daily duties.
• Coach others and share HVAC knowledge within the team.
