Qualifications

• Six or more years of comprehensive technical and operational knowledge in service retrofit/remodel projects.
• Experience leading Mechanics on a portfolio of projects typically valued at $3-4M in revenue.
• Proficient in project management software and financial accounting systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and control mechanical retrofit projects per Johnson Controls standards.
• Coordinate mechanics and subcontractors to align with scope, schedule, and customer expectations.
• Secure new work and change orders from existing customers with accurate estimates and proposals.
