Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 2+ years HVAC/building design experience, federal/DoD exposure preferred.
• Proficient with Revit; strong load calculations/energy modeling ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; US citizenship required.

Aufgaben

• Develop conceptual and basis design approaches for HVAC and utilities.
• Develop equipment specs, construction docs and load calculations.
• Create airflow, pressurization, ductwork and piping plans; BMS concepts.
• Support construction through submittals, RFIs, and site visits; assist startup.
• Direct Revit Designers; manage mechanical scope within budgets/schedules.
• Travel as required for client development and project implementation.
