Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience or servicing mechanical HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management, and installation/servicing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls professionally.
• Leadership to support team activities on non-complex HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• 1–2 years of trade school or college in a technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apprentices will be trained and perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls on client sites.
• Participate in Service Technical Academy training to build skill sets for advancement.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain communication with JCI, contractors, and customers about job progress.
