Job summary

Johnson Controls is recruiting Apprentices to gain HVAC knowledge and learn from industry professionals. You'll train on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls at client sites, and participate in certified training through the Service Technical Academy to build skills and advance.

This Bargaining Unit Position requires 1+ years in HVAC or servicing mechanical systems, valid driver's license, and willingness to work on-site at customer locations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience or servicing mechanical HVAC systems.
• General knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems, facilities management, site prep.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls professionally.

Responsibilities

• Apprentices will be trained and perform on HVAC mechanical equipment and controls at client sites.
• Participate in Service Technical Academy certified training to build skills and advancement.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to improve facility efficiency and upsell opportunities.
