Job summary

Johnson Controls Inc is seeking a motivated apprentice to learn HVAC and building automation while supporting field service on client sites. You will assist with mechanical equipment and controls, and participate in the Service Technical Academy to build skills and earn certifications.

You'll provide customers with high-quality service, keep stakeholders informed on job progress, and help identify upsell opportunities. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry experience or servicing mechanical HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems and facilities management.
• Interpersonal skills to represent Johnson Controls professionally.
• Leadership to support mechanics on non-complex HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with high level service and resolve building inefficiencies.
• Keep customers, contractors and JCI advised of job progress and issues.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and upsell opportunities.
