Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, troubleshoots, maintains, and repairs DDC and related HVAC systems and equipment.
• Assures calibration and maintenance of instrumentation, equipment, and controls for optimum performance.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains motors, pumps, belts, fans, air handling units, VAVs and related components.
• Maintains safe operation of boilers and auxiliary equipment.
• Becomes familiar with facility design and monitoring systems and develops operating procedures.
• Acts as SME for site operations and recommends reliability improvements.
