Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as HVAC mechanic, preferably in construction.
• Experience with boilers, chillers, split systems, package units, VRF, VAV, exhaust systems, and controls.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong understanding of HVAC system designs and their integration into building structures.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex HVAC issues.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
• Valid driver''s license and ability to travel to job sites.
• HVAC certification or equivalent preferred.

This role will involve working with a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial and residential settings. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the installation, maintenance, and repair of various HVAC systems including boilers, chillers, split systems, package units, VRF, VAV, exhaust systems, and controls.

Responsibilities

• 1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing various HVAC systems and their components.
• 2. Diagnosing and fixing issues with boilers, chillers, split systems, package units, VRF, VAV, exhaust systems, and controls.
• 3. Performing regular preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure their optimal performance.
• 4. Troubleshooting complex HVAC issues and proposing effective solutions.
• 5. Ensuring all HVAC systems meet company standards and statutory regulations.
• 6. Collaborating with the construction team to ensure HVAC systems are integrated seamlessly into building designs.
• 7. Providing exceptional customer service, including explaining technical information to non-technical clients.

Qualifications
