Carrier Enterprise, a national HVAC distributor, is seeking a Market Leader to drive sales growth and market expansion in Central Florida. The role focuses on leading Account Executives, expanding the residential add-on HVAC portfolio, and strengthening customer partnerships through strategic market initiatives.

The Director of Sales Market Leader will own market performance, manage executive relationships, and guide business development initiatives using data-driven insights and CRM analytics.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of HVAC equipment, parts and small commercial applications.
• Proven track record of driving strategic sales growth in complex markets.
• Strong business acumen with financial management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Account Executive team and set sales objectives across the territory.
• Develop and execute market strategies to maximize revenue and new business.
• Coach field teams through regular visits and joint sales calls.
• Foster executive-level relationships and negotiate with major accounts.
• Drive data-driven decisions using CRM analytics and performance metrics.
