Job summary

Blue Collar Services seeks an experienced HVAC Manager to launch and scale a new residential HVAC operation in Columbia, SC. You will lead daily service and installation, hire and mentor technicians, and partner with ownership to build scalable systems and a high-performance culture.

The role offers ownership collaboration, growth potential, and a path to shape the market in Columbia and Midlands neighborhoods. You will drive customer excellence and operational excellence from day one.

Qualifications

• SC Mechanical Contractor License or ability to serve as qualifying party for the business
• EPA 608 Universal Certification
• 8+ years of residential and light commercial HVAC experience
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation, service, and code requirements
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

HVAC Manager

Location: Columbia, SC

Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses + Equity Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Manager to help launch and grow a new residential HVAC operation serving the Columbia, South Carolina market.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HVAC leader who wants more than just another management role. You'll work directly with ownership to build a high-performing team, establish operational processes, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and help shape the future of a growing business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading people, managing installations, overseeing service operations, and creating systems that drive long-term success.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily HVAC operations across service and installation


• Schedule and supervise technicians and installers


• Manage project timelines, labor allocation, and workflow

Qualifications

Required
