Ideal candidates will have a two-year degree or apprenticeship in HVAC, possess a valid Texas driver’s license, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and campus

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC systems and routine maintenance.
• A two-year degree or apprenticeship in HVAC or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for campus interactions.
• Valid Texas driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• 35% Repairs fans, air conditioners, chillers, pumps, boilers, AHUs and vents.
• 25% Preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment including greases, belts and filters.
• 20% Assist electrician with electrical repairs and maintenance as needed.
• 10% General maintenance duties including moving equipment and event setup.
• 5% Attend training and professional development as assigned.
• 5% Perform other duties as required.
