Qualifications

• One year related work experience.
• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• HVAC Certification.
• EPA Certification.
• Registered HVAC Certification with the State of Texas.
• NATE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Repairs and maintains existing HVAC systems including chilling and heating systems.
• Installs and replaces pumps, refrigeration equipment, valves, and related gear per prints and diagrams.
• Develops and implements Lock out/Tag out program for all HVAC equipment across buildings.
• Implements preventative maintenance program for HVAC equipment across campuses.
• Performs preventative maintenance checks and diagnoses malfunctions in mechanical and electrical components.
• Complies with health and safety regulations and policies.
