Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an Experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and repair mechanical systems across our properties, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor. On-site role requiring prompt service and a focus on safety and quality.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong diagnostic skills, customer service, and reliable, detail-oriented work. A high school diploma and HVAC certification, plus a valid driver’s license, are required; after-hours on-call duties may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• HVAC certification or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill customer service requests promptly as assigned
• Complete daily rounds and check mechanical equipment, facilities and safety concerns
• HVAC and heating system repairs
• Prep/turn of vacant units
• Light carpentry and drywall repair
• Touch up painting and general upkeep
• Take after hours on-call duties as assigned
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas
