Job summary

You will diagnose issues, service units, and ensure high customer satisfaction while promoting services and products during calls.

Responsibilities include supporting service technicians, handling parts, coordinating with dispatch, and maintaining accurate paperwork and safety practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 0-2+ years' experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and access attics and crawl spaces.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and precision tune-ups on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose to prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote services.
• Maintain paperwork and collect payments when needed.
• Communicate with dispatch to report status.
