Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is looking for an HVAC Service Technician to perform precision tune-ups and routine maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. You will communicate with customers, promote services, and ensure satisfaction while documenting work orders and coordinating with dispatch.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of HVAC experience, EPA and safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and certification preferred.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and safety practices.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical/refrigerant systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect equipment and diagnose potential problems to prevent breakdowns.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote services to customers.
• Record and complete all forms and paperwork accurately.
• Coordinate with dispatch and assist Service Technicians as needed.
