Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a detail‑oriented HVAC technician/helper to perform precision tune-ups and maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment. You will inspect, diagnose, and service systems, while ensuring customer satisfaction and accurate documentation of every service call.

Under supervision, you will deliver parts, assist senior technicians, and communicate with dispatch to coordinate timely service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to answer customer questions and resolve issues.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant and duct problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine HVAC maintenance and tune-ups under supervision.
• Inspect equipment and perform diagnostics to prevent breakdowns.
• Deliver parts/equipment to job sites and assist technicians as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and communicate with dispatch.
