You will inspect equipment, perform basic diagnostics, and ensure customer satisfaction while documenting work and promoting Services.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of HVAC fundamentals and safety practices.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Deliver and remove parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
• Record required information using a handheld device and complete forms accurately.
• Promote products and services to customers and coordinate with dispatch.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Assist Service Technician and follow safety procedures; adhere to company policies.
