Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning in Richmond, VA area seeks an entry-level HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform precision tune-ups on heating and cooling equipment. You will assist technicians, inspect systems, and help ensure customer satisfaction at the job site near Henrico, VA.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge with basic maintenance experience.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Able to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willing to work flexible hours and on-call shifts.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Assist service technicians and deliver parts as needed.
• Record information accurately using handheld devices.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote services.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain company vehicles and tools.
