Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC-related training or certification preferred.
• Valid licensing or certifications as required by local regulations (EPA and safety certifications).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
• Inspect and diagnose to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Deliver parts and equipment for service work and assist other technicians as needed.
• Record service activity on handheld device and ensure paperwork is complete and accurate.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products and services to customers.
• Coordinate with dispatch for status updates and availability.
