Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning seeks an experienced HVAC technician to perform precision tune-ups, routine maintenance, and diagnostics on heating and cooling systems. You'll communicate with customers, promote services, and assist in delivering high-quality workmanship under supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with HVAC training, EPA and safety certifications, and a valid driver's license. Competitive benefits and ongoing training are offered by the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with additional training and 5-10+ years experience in HVAC with technical training certification preferred.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required by federal, state, provincial, or local governmental laws or regulations for the geographical work area.
• EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine precision tune-ups and maintenance on heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories in an accurate and timely manner.
• Inspects and performs limited diagnostics on equipment to identify potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
• Maintains and cleans equipment as needed or required.
• Delivers and removes parts and equipment needed to complete service work.
• Records all required information on a handheld device and handles paperwork diligently.
