Job summary

Service Experts Heating & AC-WV LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform precision tune-ups and maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories. You will inspect and diagnose equipment, complete service paperwork, and assist technicians on-site while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include handling parts, communicating with dispatch, and promoting replacement products. A high school diploma or GED and HVAC training are preferred, with EPA/safety certifications

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; relevant HVAC training preferred.
EPA and safety certifications required.

Responsibilities

Perform precision tune-ups and routine maintenance on HVAC equipment and accessories.
Inspect and perform basic diagnostics to identify potential problems.
Complete necessary paperwork and communicate with dispatch about status and availability.
Deliver and remove parts and equipment; assist technicians during service calls.
Promote products and services to customers and generate replacement leads.
Maintain company vehicles, tools, and inventory; adhere to procedures and safety rules.
