Lockheed Martin is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to keep the campus heating, cooling, and related systems running safely and efficiently on-site in Colorado Springs. You will perform preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot using the Building Management System, and assist with equipment operation across a complex campus.

Qualifications
- Experience performing commercial, industrial, or facilities HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation.
- Experience troubleshooting HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, valves, dampers, VFDs, or related field components.
- Experience reading mechanical drawings, equipment schematics, sequences of operation, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
- Knowledge of HVAC/mechanical safe-work practices, lockout/tagout, and refrigerant handling requirements.
- Ability to perform physical maintenance activities in varying facility environments.
Responsabilités
- HVAC/mechanical preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
- Troubleshooting and repair of equipment; BMS-supported diagnostics and field controls troubleshooting.
- Operate and monitor equipment; support planned outages and stand-by for critical facilities.
- Document work orders and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance team and escalate complex issues to senior technicians.
