Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Orlando is seeking an experienced HVAC and mechanical technician to troubleshoot, repair, and operate complex equipment across the campus. You will serve as a senior technical resource on the HVAC/mechanical team, supporting preventive maintenance, planned outages, and field leadership of other technicians.

Responsibilities include advanced BMS operation, diagnostics, coordinating with controls contractors and Engineering, and ensuring compliance with safety and documentation

Qualifications

• Extensive experience performing commercial/industrial HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and equipment operation.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting building automation systems (BMS/BAS).
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, control diagrams, and sequences of operation.

Responsibilities

• Advanced HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
• BDMS operation and diagnostics, including sensors, actuators, and sequences.
• Coordination with controls contractors or Engineering for specialized tasks.
• Preventive and corrective maintenance and field leadership.
