Job summary

Lockheed Martin seeks an HVAC/Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC systems at the Orlando campus. You will troubleshoot, operate equipment, and support outages while coordinating with engineering and facilities teams.

Responsibilities include using BMS diagnostics, documenting conditions in LMBuildings, and ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience performing commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or facilities HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and equipment operation.
• Experience troubleshooting commercial HVAC equipment and associated mechanical systems.
• Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC/mechanical systems and equipment.
• Experience troubleshooting HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, valves, dampers, variable frequency drives, or related field components.
• Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, equipment schematics, sequences of operation, technical manuals, and equipment documentation.
• Working knowledge of HVAC/mechanical safe-work practices, lockout/tagout requirements, and applicable refrigerant handling requirements.
• Ability to independently perform assigned HVAC/mechanical maintenance activities within applicable training and qualification.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC and mechanical preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation to support occupied facilities.
• Assist with planned outages, equipment replacements, and minor installations in coordination with teams.
• Use BMS to diagnose issues, review alarms, setpoints, schedules, and trends for HVAC operation.
• Record work and conditions in LMBuildings and communicate deficiencies for reliable operation.
