Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II for our Pensacola, FL community. This role performs HVAC service, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, carpentry, and general property maintenance while delivering excellent resident service.

Active EPA Section 608 Certification is required, with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems. The candidate should have 1–2 years of apartment maintenance experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• 1–2 years of apartment/property maintenance experience.
• Additional certifications (CAMT, CPO, NATE) are a plus.
• Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in occupied and vacant apartment homes.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting heating and cooling issues.
• Repair and maintain appliances, plumbing systems, electrical components, and fixtures.
• Complete work orders accurately and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and quality inspections.
• Maintain community amenities and common areas.
• Participate in emergency maintenance response and after-hours on-call rotation.
