Job summary

Odin Properties is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician (EPA Certified) for our multifamily community. The role focuses on organizing, prioritizing, and completing resident work orders and turnovers, with emphasis on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills.

The ideal candidate has EPA Type 2 certification and at least two years in maintenance, with a team-oriented attitude, neat appearance, and willingness to handle on-call emergencies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 2 certification required.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry experience.
• Two years of maintenance experience.
• Neat, clean, and professional.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders and turnovers effectively and efficiently.
• Maintain a count of outstanding work orders and report to the Property Manager daily.
• Keep the maintenance area neat and clean.
• Work on-call rotations for maintenance emergencies.
• Coordinate with the Property Manager on purchasing parts/material as needed.
