Job summary

CLK Multifamily Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our apartment community team in Pensacola, FL. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining apartment homes, building systems, and community amenities, including HVAC service and EPA 608 compliance.

This position requires an active EPA Section 608 Certification and the ability to perform HVAC troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance across a range of facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience or related field preferred.
• HVAC experience required.
• Valid driver's license required; auto insurance preferred.
• CAMT, CPO, NATE certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs in occupied and vacant apartment homes.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including troubleshooting heating and cooling issues.
• Repair and maintain appliances, plumbing, electrical components, and fixtures.
• Complete work orders accurately and timely.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Assist with apartment make-readies and inspections.
• Maintain community amenities and common areas.
