Job summary
Henssler Property Management, LLC is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician II to join our team and ensure the upkeep of our apartment community. The role involves routine maintenance, addressing resident requests, and keeping HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems in top condition.
Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and turning over units promptly to welcome new residents.
Qualifications
- 1+ year maintenance experience in the apartment industry.
- Must be HVAC certified and have Level II or Universal EPA Refrigerant Certification.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing and electrical issues.
- Knowledge of apartment turnover procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units.
- Respond to resident service requests and complete work orders promptly.
- Maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems of the property.
- Perform preventative maintenance to extend property longevity.
- Complete turnovers quickly to prep apartments for new residents.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents.
