Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking a skilled HVAC technician in San Diego to diagnose, repair, and service residential HVAC systems. You will address customer concerns, present options, and complete documentation for each service call.

This full-time, year-round role requires 1 year of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification (or ability to obtain), a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. Training and benefits provided; take-home vehicle may be included.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address customers' HVAC concerns and present options.

• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Complete all required service documentation and collect fees.
• Attend weekly training meetings.

Responsibilities

What will you do

• Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office
• Attend weekly training meetings

Qualifications
