American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring skilled HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems from customer homes in Massachusetts. This full-time role offers strong earning potential and a take-home service vehicle.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting HVAC systems, performing repairs and preventive maintenance, and communicating clearly with homeowners about system performance and recommended repairs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment.
