Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in San Diego, CA is hiring a full-time residential HVAC technician. You will diagnose and address HVAC concerns, present repair options, and perform service repairs with high proficiency, following proper diagnostic procedures.

You will acquire necessary tools, complete documentation, explain warranties, and handle payments to the office. Weekly training meetings and a take-home vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer's HVAC concerns and present options to customers.
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer's satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
