ARS-Rescue Rooter in San Diego area is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform maintenance inspections, explain findings, and offer repair or replacement options while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We provide a take-home vehicle, tool and equipment support, and weekly training to enhance technical knowledge and sales effectiveness. Full-time, year-round employment with benefits and commissions.

Qualificações

• 1 year of residential HVAC experience required.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain) required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive HVAC maintenance inspections and identify opportunities to improve system performance, comfort, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Build trust with customers by clearly explaining equipment condition, maintenance findings, and recommended solutions.
• Present repair, replacement, and indoor air quality options that address customer needs and goals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience while meeting sales and revenue objectives.
• Perform maintenance services in accordance with company standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Accurately document maintenance findings, recommendations, and completed work using company software and mobile technology.
• Explain warranties, guarantees, maintenance agreements, and financing options to customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach at all times.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of residentialHVAC experience
• HVAC school graduates please apply!
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
• Must pass background and drug screening
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
