Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring for a full-time HVAC technician in the Virginia area. Pay ranges from $75,000 to $120,000 annually plus commission opportunities, with a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience.

Schedule is flexible with multiple day/shift options; year-round work and strong support and benefits are offered. Take-home vehicle, 401(k), and paid time off are among the benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification or ability to obtain.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of training and leadership.
• Ensure quality workmanship and safety standards during installations and service.
