ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking experienced HVAC Service Technicians in the San Diego area. You will diagnose HVAC concerns, perform repairs, and guide customers on options while maintaining high satisfaction and following proper diagnostic procedures.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics and crawlspaces; lift heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers.
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer’s satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Completes all required documentation on services, explains guarantees/warranties and collects, records and delivers fees to the office.
• Attend weekly training meetings.
