Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor (HVAC-focused) to lead on-site maintenance operations in Philadelphia. You will supervise technicians, assign and track work orders, and ensure safe, reliable operation of HVAC and related systems while guiding a team of technicians.

You will perform hands-on preventive maintenance and complex repairs, troubleshoot critical HVAC issues, use CMMS to document work, and coordinate with the Site Manager to sustain facility performance and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with HVAC mechanical systems.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.
• Experience with CMMS systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and control schematics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance technicians and service providers.
• Prioritize and monitor work orders to meet SLAs.
• Provide field leadership, coaching, and technical guidance.
• Conduct inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Support preventive maintenance and complex repairs of building systems.
