Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years in commercial/industrial HVAC service/maintenance.
• Knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC system principles.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and specs.
• Proficient with HVAC tools, equipment, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and service on HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment to diagnose and fix malfunctions.
• Assist in installation and system start-up, testing functionality.
• Read blueprints and instructions to ensure correct work.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to improve reliability.
• Maintain records of repairs, inspections, and refrigerant usage.
