Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Philadelphia, PA to support daily operations, routine maintenance, and preventative maintenance of building systems.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with commercial HVAC systems, strong troubleshooting, and customer service skills. The role involves working with the Operations and Engineering team, assisting in contractor oversight, and responding to after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA certification.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining and repairing commercial HVAC and building systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Availability to respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair building systems as part of the Operations and Engineering team.
• Assist in monitoring contractors, inspecting work, and generating deficiency lists.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies such as power outages, weather events, and other incidents.
• Lift and move up to 25–100 pounds as required.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized shop and equipment areas.
