FirstCall Mechanical is seeking a Maintenance and Service Sales Representative to grow HVAC service revenue in the Chicago area. You will prospect, build relationships with facility directors and owners, and close service agreements that deliver recurring value.

The role emphasizes preventative maintenance, digital service solutions, and sustainability-focused offerings, with support from FirstCall Academy and career progression programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of progressive sales experience in HVAC, facilities, construction, or related industries.
• Proven ability to develop new business and close sales opportunities.
• Experience selling HVAC service agreements or recurring maintenance solutions preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the HVAC service market.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and advance opportunities through a structured process.
• Conduct discovery meetings with facility decision-makers to understand needs and challenges.
• Educate customers on proactive maintenance and service solutions to drive long‑term value.
• Prepare and negotiate proposals, close deals, and secure service agreements.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
