Bassett Mechanical is seeking a dynamic Business Development Rep to drive revenue growth in the Southeastern Wisconsin (Milwaukee) area by identifying and developing strong client relationships and promoting HVAC maintenance services.

The role focuses on prospecting commercial/industrial markets, presenting tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure top-notch service delivery while achieving sales targets and long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
• College degree in sales/marketing or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities
