Job summary

Bassett Mechanical is seeking a dynamic Lead Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by building and maintaining relationships with clients in the Southeastern Wisconsin (Milwaukee) area, promoting our HVAC maintenance services.

The role emphasizes new business development, needs assessment, and tailored proposals, with opportunities for professional growth and a competitive compensation package including incentives and benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally as required.
• College degree in sales/marketing or related field is a plus.
• No Refrigeration or HVAC system experience required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients in commercial/industrial HVAC maintenance.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Assess client needs and present tailored HVAC maintenance solutions.
• Develop compelling proposals and presentations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through pipeline management and closing deals.
• Collaborate with technicians and support teams to ensure service delivery.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
