Job summary

Aspen Square Management in Monroe, OH is seeking a versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role focuses on completing work orders, keeping HVAC systems in top condition, and preparing apartments for new residents.

You will collaborate with maintenance and office staff to uphold property standards, maintain curb appeal, provide excellent resident service, and participate in on-call rotations. A strong background in property maintenance and EPA licensure is required.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in property management.
EPA licensure is required.
Hands-on HVAC system expertise.
Must be able to participate in on-call rotations for emergencies as scheduled.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned work orders promptly and efficiently.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems, including repairs and preventive upkeep.
Prepare apartments for new residents, make ready’s, and punch lists.
Collaborate with maintenance and office teams to uphold property standards.
Maintain the visual appeal of the property and curb appeal.
Provide top-notch customer service to residents.
All other duties as assigned.
