You will complete work orders, maintain boilers and HVAC systems, perform apartment make-readies, and provide excellent service to residents while helping keep communities safe and

Qualifications

• 3+ years maintenance experience (property management/housing experience is preferred).
• Hands on experience with boilers and HVAC systems.
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be available for emergency on-call rotation when scheduled.
• Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities which may include: walking or standing for extended periods, operating equipment and vehicles, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
